Omega 3 Salmon Salad

Ingredients:

  • 2 6 oz. cans wild salmon (with bones optional)
  • 1 tbsp. light mayo
  • 1 tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1 celery stalk – chopped
  • ¼ cup finely chopped red onion
Preparation:
  • place all ingredients into a salad bowl
  • add mayo
  • mix well
  • enjoy on top fresh mixed green salad
