Broiled Salmon Steaks

Healthy Recipe: Broiled Salmon Steaks Ingredients:

  • Fresh wild salmon steaks (3 6 oz)
  • 2 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil or expeller pressed canola oil
  • ¼ c. low sodium soy sauce
  • ½ teaspoon dry dill weed
  • fresh lemon juice from 2 lemons
Preparation:
  • prepare sauce of olive oil, soy sauce & dill weed
  • mix well & brush over salmon steaks ( no need to use entire portion of sauce)
  • place on cookie sheet & broil on both sides until lightly browned & tender
  • DO NOT OVERCOOK
  • cooking time: 5-7 minutes
  • serve with fresh vegetables such as asparagus tips, green beans, and a fresh salad with light vinaigrette
