Ingredients:
- Fresh wild salmon steaks (3 6 oz)
- 2 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil or expeller pressed canola oil
- ¼ c. low sodium soy sauce
- ½ teaspoon dry dill weed
- fresh lemon juice from 2 lemons
- prepare sauce of olive oil, soy sauce & dill weed
- mix well & brush over salmon steaks ( no need to use entire portion of sauce)
- place on cookie sheet & broil on both sides until lightly browned & tender
- DO NOT OVERCOOK
- cooking time: 5-7 minutes
- serve with fresh vegetables such as asparagus tips, green beans, and a fresh salad with light vinaigrette
