Broccoli Soup

Broccoli Soup Ingredients:

  • 8 c. broccoli florets
  • 2 tsp. expeller pressed canola oil
  • 2 ½ c. chopped yellow onions
  • 6 c. water
  • 3 tsp. salt
  • ¼ tsp. pepper
Preparation:
  • In a large pan heat 2 tsp. Expeller pressed canola oil
  • Add & sauté 8 c. broccoli florets & 2 ½ c. chopped onions
  • Boil for 30 minutes in 6 c. water
  • Remove from heat
  • Puree until smooth
  • Return to heat & add 3 tsp. salt & ¼ tsp. pepper
