Ingredients:
- 1 lb. string beans – tipped
- salt
- 1 tbsp. red wine vinegar
- 1 tbsp. olive oil
- 2 medium garlic cloves – minced
- bring small sauce pan of water to boil
- add the beans & salt to taste
- cook until beans are tender, but still crunchy
- drain & rinse in cold water
- whisk together vinegar, oil & garlic
- pour over beans & toss
