Asparagus & Tri-Colored Pepper Saute

Healthy Recipe: Asparagus & Tri-Colored Pepper Saute Ingredients:

  • sliced red, orange, yellow bell peppers
  • expeller pressed canola oil / cooking spray
  • asparagus tips
  • Bragg's liquid aminos (spray bottle)
  • 1 clove garlic - chopped
Preparation:
  • spray pan with canola oil cooking spray
  • sauté oil, garlic & bell peppers until tender but still crunchy
  • add asparagus tips
  • cook for 2-3 minutes
  • spray with Bragg's liquid aminos to taste
