Green Salad with Yogurt Dressing

Healthy Recipe Green Salad Yogurt Dressing Ingredients:

  • ½ c. nonfat plain yogurt, with live cultures
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 2 tbsp chopped dill
  • ¼ c. thinly sliced green onion (scallions)
  • ground black pepper to taste
Preparations:
  • In large bowl, combine yogurt, honey, dill, and black pepper – stir to blend.
  • Add spinach or mixed salad greens, bell peppers – toss to coat.
  • Sprinkle with feta, if desired, and serve.
