Ingredients:
- ½ c. nonfat plain yogurt, with live cultures
- 1 tsp honey
- 2 tbsp chopped dill
- ¼ c. thinly sliced green onion (scallions)
- ground black pepper to taste
- In large bowl, combine yogurt, honey, dill, and black pepper – stir to blend.
- Add spinach or mixed salad greens, bell peppers – toss to coat.
- Sprinkle with feta, if desired, and serve.
