Whole Wheat French Toast

What you need:

3 slices of Oroweat Light Whole-Wheat bread (or two slices regular whole-wheat bread)
3 egg whites
1/8 tsp. vanilla extract
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
canola oil cooking spray
(optional) 1/2 cup sliced strawberries and drizzle of agave syrup

What to do:

Mix egg whites and vanilla extract in a bowl; dip bread in mixture. Spray pan lightly with canola oil cooking spray; place coated bread in hot pan. Flip bread after a couple of minutes. Sprinkle French toast with cinnamon and top with strawberries and a drizzle of agave syrup, if desired.
