Sautéed Spinach With Garlic

What you need:

1 large bag spinach
1 garlic clove, chopped
1/4 cup water
juice from 1/2 lemon (about 1-1/2 tbsp.)
canola oil cooking spray

What to do:

Spray a medium-size pan with cooking spray, heat over medium heat and add chopped garlic, spinach and water. Sauté for five minutes or until water evaporates; remove from heat and add lemon juice.

Makes one serving.
