What you need:
3 tbsp. unpopped popcorn kernels
brown paper lunch bag
canola oil cooking spray
cinnamon
salt
What to do:
Put 3 tbsp. unpopped popcorn kernels in a brown paper lunch bag. Fold the opening of the bag closed a few times; place in microwave for two to three minutes, until you hear the time between pops increase to two to three seconds. Remove from microwave, spray popcorn with canola spray and sprinkle with cinnamon, salt or both.
Makes one serving.
