Breakfast Wrap

What you need:

1 La Tortilla Factory Whole-Wheat Low-Carb/Low-Fat large tortilla
3 egg whites
1 tsp. shredded Parmesan
1 medium tomato, sliced
1 cup sliced mushrooms
canola oil cooking spray

What to do:

Spray pan with cooking spray, then scramble egg whites with mushrooms. Remove from pan, place in open tortilla, sprinkle Parmesan on top and wrap. Eat sliced tomatoes on the side or in the wrap.

Makes one serving.
