Yesterday I shared a favorite snack among A-listers, homemade frozen yogurt, courtesy of Body by Glamour nutritionist Rachel Beller. And, here's another brilliant idea she shared with me recently, which also happens to be a fan of Hollywood-ites...

Here's the deal: We love nutrition/energy bars (for the most part). They're
tasty (most of the time), quick and convenient. But it's the "quick"
thing that always gets to me. Before you know it, you've downed your snack,
and you're left wanting something else. How to make an energy bar last longer?
Freeze it!
Brilliant, right? Rachel Beller's favorite frozen bars are Gnu bars (which are packed with fiber). When you freeze them, she says, you can make it last a lot longer and the bar becomes way more satisfying. It's also a great treat for a hot spring/summer day!
