Rachel Beller, Body by Glamour's nutritionist extraordinaire told me about Doctor Kracker recently. A cracker that I haven't heard of--what? I tried them recently, and yes, good stuff. More...

Doctor Kracker
crackers are a fave of nutritionists because they're made with whole grains
(lots of them), roasted vegetables and herbs, and (some) with extra virgin
olive oil. They're relatively low fat (the variety I tried had 4 grams per
serving, and 115 calories). But here's the thing that stands out above all:
They're really tasty! (Pumpkin Seed Cheddar = yum.) And I find when I'm eating
something that's tasty, I'm more satisfied and can walk away from snack time
feeling better instead of rummaging around for something that's really going
to satisfy, you know?
These "artisan baked" crackers (code for gourmet and really good) are great with a little hummus, or put them on a plate with a few green olive and cherry tomatoes, as I did recently.
Enjoy!
